Iryna (pronounced “I-reena”) is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Manual Osteopathic Therapist (MOT). She offers Massage Therapy and Manual Osteopathic Therapy as two separate treatment services, allowing patients to book the type of care that best suits their individual needs and goals.
Iryna graduated from the South Edmonton School of Massage Therapy in 2023. She later continued her education at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, completing her studies in November 2025.
Massage Therapy
As a Registered Massage Therapist, Iryna provides hands-on massage therapy tailored to each patient. Her areas of focus include:
- Deep Tissue
- Sports
- Relaxation
- Orthopaedic
- Myofascial Release
- Pre- and Postnatal (side-lying)
She also offers massage for infants and children.
Iryna enjoys helping patients address muscle tension and discomfort while providing an opportunity to relax and unwind.
Manual Osteopathic Therapy
As a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, Iryna takes a whole-body approach to evaluating structure and function. Manual Osteopathic Therapy uses hands-on techniques to address areas of restriction or dysfunction involving the joints, muscles, fascia and other tissues.
Depending on a patient’s individual findings and needs, treatment may incorporate techniques such as myofascial work, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques and other manual osteopathic approaches.
Iryna values taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns and tailoring treatment accordingly.
Out of the Office
In her spare time, Iryna enjoys staying active through badminton, rollerblading and swimming. She values spending time with her family and gives back to the community by volunteering with the YMCA and Calgary SW Immigrant Services.
