Meet Iryna H
Registered Massage Therapist

Iryna (pronounced “I-reena”) is a dedicated healthcare professional who strongly believes in the body’s natural ability to heal. She is passionate about helping patients relieve physical pain, reduce stress, and restore balance, while supporting recovery from injuries and improving overall well-being.
Iryna graduated from the South Edmonton School of Massage Therapy in 2023 and later expanded her expertise by completing her studies at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in November 2025. With a background in accounting, her transition into healthcare reflects a long-standing passion for helping others through therapeutic touch, something she had been doing for years with family and friends before turning it into a career.
Her approach combines massage therapy with Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT), a holistic treatment method that focuses on the relationship between the body’s structure and function. By assessing and addressing concerns related to the spine, nervous system, lymphatic system, and fascia, Iryna works to support the body’s ability to self-regulate and heal.
Iryna offers a comprehensive, hands-on approach to care, helping patients improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Her areas of expertise include:
- Deep Tissue
- Sports Massage
- Relaxation
- Orthopaedic
- Myofascial Release
- Pre/Post-natal (side lying)
- Infant Massage
- Child Massage
Iryna also provides specialized infant and child massage treatments that support relaxation, healthy development, and overall wellness for younger clients
